If your PayPal payment shows “Needs Attention” or is on Hold for buyer confirmation, you can resolve this by adding tracking information to the payment details. Adding tracking information helps confirm delivery and speeds up the release of funds.
Follow these steps to add your tracking information or updаte the order status:
- Log in to your PayPal account and navigate to the Activity or History page at the top of the screen.
- Locate the payment you received and click on it to open the details.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add Tracking Info, Edit Tracking Info, or Get Money Faster.
4. If prompted to choose between Product or Service, sеlect Service.
5. updаte the Order Status by selecting Order Processed or Completed.
6. Tick the box for Tracking information not required , and click Submit.
Note: If you don’t see the option to add tracking information, try clicking the See Details in Classic Site link or switch to the desktop version of PayPal. If the issue persists, contact PayPal support for further assistance.
What Happens Next?
- After you submit the form, PayPal will automatically confirm receipt within 48–60 hours.
- Your funds should be released to your balance within 2–3 days after marking the order as processed. For new or unverified accounts, it may take longer—anywhere from 3 to 21 days.
